Our Firm was the main legal advisor for the (OTE) Hellenic Telecommunication
Organization regarding the partial privatization of Jordan Telecommunication
Company. It was also the main legal advisor for K&M Engineering and
Consulting Group for the Jordan IPP consulting services project for the
ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, to develop an independent own
and operate bases (OPP).
